Upon graduating from St. Bede's College with a degree in communications, she went on to compete in the Shimla Queen pageant in 2012. She won the competition which opened the door for a variety of acting roles. Beginning in print and commercial advertising, she went on to make her acting debut in the made for tv movie Akkad Bakkas Bambe Bo.
