Former professional football player who is a two-time Super Bowl champion. He won Super Bowl XXXI with the Green Bay Packers, as well as Super Bowl XXXIV with the St. Louis Rams. Throughout his career, he played in a total of four Super Bowls.
He attended Washington High School where he played both football and basketball. At his high school, he was also a track and field athlete. He went on to play college football at South Dakota State University.
After retiring from the National Football League, he returned to his farm in Cherokee, Iowa. In June 2008, he became the Northwest Iowa Area Director of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes.
He married his childhood sweetheart Jana Lickiss. Together they had 3 children, Mason, Alexa, and Jada.
He and Brett Favre were Green Bay Packers teammates during the team's 1997 Super Bowl win.
