Former running back in the NFL who earned his first opportunity to be a NFL head coach with the Los Angeles Chargers in 2017. In 2016, he was the interim head coach of the Buffalo Bills following the firing of Rex Ryan. He won 2 Super Bowl rings as a running back on the Denver Broncos roster in 1998 and 1999.
Before Fame
He was an All-Southwest Conference running back for the Texas Tech Red Raiders where he played from 1988 to 1991. Over the course of his NFL career, he played for the Broncos and 49ers.
