Italian racing driver known for competing in the FIA World Endurance Championship for Ferrari AF Corse, serving as a development driver for the Scuderia Ferrari Formula One team, and being a junior driver for the Competizione GT. He is also known for previously competing in Formula 2 for Charouz Racing System and is also a former member of the Ferrari Driver Academy.
He began karting at the age of four and raced in various European championships. He ultimately worked his way up from the junior ranks to progress through to the KF2 category by 2012. He then finished third in the WSK Euro Series and fourth in the CIK-FIA European KF2 Championship. He then leveled up and started racing on a more competitive and professional level.
He claimed a historic Le Mans pole for Ferrari in 2023, the first one earned for Ferrari in 50 years. One of his biggest sponsors is Ray-Ban.
He was born and raised in Cariati, Italy.
He is a close friend and teammate of Charles Leclerc.
