He appeared in a number of memorable guest starring roles in series such as Bonanza, The Virginian, Marcus Welby, M.D., Mission: Impossible, The High Chaparral, and Hawaii Five-O. He also had occasional movie roles, such as Disney's The Computer Wore Tennis Shoes and The Todd Killings. In 1972, he married Lynn Wilson and moved to Slayton, Minnesota, where he worked as a minister and school bus driver. On December 20, 1974, he was involved in a multi-vehicle collision and died as a result of the injuries he sustained. He was 26 years old and was survived by his wife, mother, a brother, and a sister.
