Glick played Aladdin in the 2004 workshop production of Disney's Aladdin Junior. He was playing the role of Jimmy-6, a member of the "Geek Chorus" in Broadway's Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark, until it was cut during the show's lengthy previews.

Glick played Ernst, an adolescent boy seduced by Hanschen, originated by Jonathan B. Wright, in the original cast of the hit musical Spring Awakening. He played "Slap" in the 2005 film One Last Thing....
