Photographer who is known for his portraits of celebrities, fashion trends, interiors, and still life's. He founded Gastel & Associati which promoted young photographers. His works have been featured in several magazine and press outlets including Rolling Stone, Style Magazine, and Glamour.
Before Fame
In the early 1970's, he began working as an apprentice where he photographed weddings, portraits, and fashion models. In 1981, he received an agent and began photographing different fashions which landed him a credit in Annabella Magazine. This allowed him to publish his shots in a variety of fashion magazines throughout France and Italy. His first solo exhibition came in 1984 in Milan.
Trivia
He became the President of the Association of Italian Professional Photographers from 1996 until 1998. He was also honored in 2002 at the La Kore Oscar of the Fashion event with the Oscar for photography.

He was born and raised in Milan, Italy. He is the youngest of seven children.
