Before Fame

She first began sewing at two years old. She helped her mother make clothes for the winter and soon discovered her passion for it. She went on to graduate from Beijing's Second Light Industry School with a degree in Fashion Design. She began working for the fashion brand Tianma where she designed different gowns and coats. In 1997, she left the company to start her own fashion brand.
