She started a two-year long relationship with colleague Peter North in 1998, after entering the adult Business.
De'Nyle was introduced to the adult film industry by Selena Steele. New Sensations signed De'Nyle to an exclusive two-year contract within her first month in the industry. She did her first scene with Peter North. In 2000, she made her directorial debut with XXXtreme Fantasies of Jewel De'Nyle for New Sensations before parting ways with the studio. Later that year, she co-wrote and co-produced Bound by Blood for Extreme Associates and started a series for Jill Kelly Productions titled Sluts of the Nyle.
She married Michael Stefano in 2002 (since divorced). In September 2005, she was reported to be "newly married" in New York. She identifies as a pagan and does not believe in God.
