Swimmer and wheelchair athlete known for performing extreme tricks. After winning the WCMX World Championship and becoming the first female in Europe to complete a backflip in a wheelchair, she switched sports to para-swimming. She won bronze in the 2022 Commonwealth Games in Birmingham and secured Wales' first medal in the pool. She has hereditary spastic paraplegia, which makes the muscles of her legs tight and weak.
