NHL defenceman that was drafted by the Anaheim Ducks as second round pick in 2014. He was later traded to the Pittsburgh Penguins where he eventually signed a multi-year deal in January 2020. He has also played for the Swedish men's national team during his professional career.
He initially began playing hockey as a young child. He later began playing for the Skelleftea U18 team at the age of 14.
He made his official NHL debut while playing against the Chicago Blackhawks on February 15, 2018. He and the Ducks won the game 3-2.
Growing up, he lived with his family in Skellefteå, Sweden. His father, Daniel, played hockey professionally in Sweden for 13 years.
