Leiba first role was in 1999, in an uncredited role in Oliver Stone's Any Given Sunday. He found work as a Sports and fitness model and landed an uncredited role in American Movie Classics' Shirtless: Hollywood's Sexiest Men, which included Brad Pitt, Russell Crowe and Denzel Washington.

2007

Leiba signed to play an uncredited role on the Peabody award winning show The Wire, as a character originally named "Cave" Stringer Bell's bodyguard. He appeared in three Wire episodes: "Reformation", "Middle Ground" and "Mission Accomplished". The Wire "Middle Ground" episode featured the warehouse death of Leiba's character "Cave" the bodyguard and kingpin Russell Stringer Bell (Idris Elba) at the hands of Omar Little and "Brother" Mouzone. Leiba has since gone on to do TV and motion pictures both in the United States and Brazil, including Knights of Prosperity (ABC), Kidnapped (NBC) and Life Support (HBO). He was named Gym magazine's "Fittest Human" for 2007.

2015

In 2015, Leiba featured in a minor role in an independent film called The Mint, which also featured Jenni "JWoww" Farley and Kristinia DeBarge.
