American football coach who is best recognized as the head coach for the Indianapolis Colts of the NFL. He previously served as an assistant coach for the Los Angeles Chargers from 2014 to 2020 and as the offensive coordinator in 2020 for the Philadelphia Eagles.

He graduated from Oak Ridge High School. He earned his degree in journalism and media studies from University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where he was also a four-year letterman as quarterback at the from 2003 to 2006.
