Actress who is known for her works in feature films, television, and on broadway. She is most recognized for her role as Becky in the 2001 film A Beautiful Mind and also played the recurring character of Mary Evans on the 2011 series Glee.
After leaving Ottawa for New York City, her acting career began in theatrical productions. She made her broadway debut in I'm Not Rappaport. She then began acting in television in 1994 and in 1997, earned recognition with a recurring role on the series One Life to Live. Her feature film debut was in A Beautiful Mind in 2001.
In addition to acting, she is also a sculptor and artist known for her ongoing series entitled Liquid Light where she combines plumbing fixtures and hand sculpted glass to depict water as a precious commodity.
She was born in Chicago, Illinois but was raised in Ottawa, Canada. Her father was political and environmental activist Tony Clarke.
