Former bodybuilder known for his leg muscle development. At his prime, his leg measured over 30 inches, earning him the nickname The Quadfather. He posts bodybuilding tips and pictures from his competition days on his tomplatz Instagram account, where he has accumulated more than 550,000 followers.
He decided to become a professional bodybuilder at age 11 after looking at a Mr. Universe magazine. He attended Michigan State University.
He was the talent development director of Vince McMahon's World Bodybuilding Federation. He has also written a bodybuilding guide called Pro-Style Bodybuilding. He and fellow bodybuilder and actor Lou Ferrigno posed for a photo together on Instagram.
He was born and raised in Fort Sill, Oklahoma. He and Cha Nikito-Platz were married in 2000.
